Board of Trustees Special Meeting Minutes
Meeting called to order at 5:30 p.m. Present: Williams, Topping, Mahler, Krueger, Cowan. Absent: None. Motion Krueger support Cowan to approve $762.00 for post construction expense for Gregory sewer station, includes weed eater, shop vac, man hole covers. Carried. Motion Krueger support Mahler to approve the following budget amendments: Increase 209 assessor by $300.00; decrease 101 board by $300.00. Increase 265 maintenance by $1500.00; decrease 253 Treasurer by $1500.00 Increase 284 general by $4000.00; decrease 253 Treasurer by $3000.00 and 101 Board by $1000.00. Increase 805 zoning by $2500.00; decrease 253 Treasurer by $2500.00. Carried. Motion Krueger support Mahler to hire Dave Russell as zoning enforcement working approx. 8 hours per week as needed. Carried. Discussed FOIA help, worked on budget issues. Motion to reconvene next week to finish budget process. Adjourned at 8:10 p.m. Met February 23, 2004 to work on budget 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. No business conducted. Met March 1, 2004 to work on budget 5:30 p.m. to 7:50 p.m. No business conducted.
