Motion Krueger support Mahler to approve agenda as amended. Carried.
Motion Topping support Krueger to approve February minutes and payment of bills as presented. Carried.

Paul McNamara from GIS Livingston county representing Wireless Internet for County. Presentation on process given.
Planning Report by Topping
Police Report by Chief Cook.
Fire Report by Chief Schroeder.
Recreation Report by Cowan. They meet second Wednesday of each month.
Senior Report by Mahler.

Multi-Lakes budget adoption. It was discussed that Unadilla Township has consistently objected to the current users paying for the expansion of Multi-Lakes system; and since our agreement for the management, operation and maintenance of the Gregory system specifically states will not include debt service we object to our residents paying any debt for phase 3. We also will request a breakdown in their budget lines, and explanations of what their personnel receive along with other expenditures. We unanimously oppose the current budget as presented.
Motion Peterson to reappoint Jan Helmboldt to board of review; she was originally an alternate. Carried.
Motion Mahler support Peterson to amend budget by moving $2,000.00 from Planning to Elections. Carried.
Budget hearing began at 8:02 p.m. Discussion of budget items. Motion Krueger support Peterson to approve the 2008/09 budget as presented. Carried.
Motion Topping support Cowan to set 2008/09 meeting dates to be same, 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Carried.
Motion Peterson support Krueger to approve sewer resolution to move a Gregory Sewer assessment from 13-22-300-035 to 13-22-300-057. Carried.
