Motion Krueger support Peterson to approve agenda as amended. Carried.
Motion Mahler support Krueger to approve consent agenda items including March minutes and payment of bills as presented. Carried.

Planning update by Topping.
Police update by Chief Cook, Officer Kopacz received an award from Mothers of Drunk Drivers for his work.
Fire Report by Chief Schroeder.
Recreation Report: Written report read by Topping.
Senior Report by Mahler.

Solicitor ordinance finished, Motion Mahler support Topping to approve. Opposed Peterson, Krueger. Motion failed.
Wireless Livingston contract on hold.
AAA Bike tour requesting to use the Sewer Pump station to get water. Discussion.
Approved to use the water but they have to pay all costs associated with water testing or any other permits or issues. Discussion on bike road violations.
Mowing discussed, Peterson to contact past mower to renew contract.
Discussion of Drain issues at Bullis and M-36. Clerk to contact Lawrence & Clarke regarding crushed tile line issues. Discussed pumping water.
Motion Krueger support Mahler to approve the amendment to the Junk Car & Blight Ordinance. Carried.
Motion Peterson support Mahler to approve amendments to the sign ordinance. Opposed Krueger. Carried.
