Unadilla Township Regular Meeting Minutes

May 10, 2007

Meeting called to order at 7:01 p.m.

Pledge to flag led by Supervisor.

Present: Peterson, Topping, Mahler, Krueger, Cowan. Absent: None.

Motion Krueger support Mahler to approve agenda as amended. Carried.

Motion Krueger support Cowan to approve consent agenda items, minutes of April 2007 and payment of bills as presented. Carried.

Call to public: None.

Reports: Planning by Krueger, Police by Chief Cook, he reports that a donated radar unit was received from Hamburg Township. New officer hired Jeff Kietzman. Fire report by Chief Schroeder, requesting approval new applicant. Motion Krueger support Topping to approve Jamison Yager as new volunteer. Carried. Recreation/Clean up by Cowan. Mahler reports they received a $250.00 donation from AAA Bike Tour, Sandhill Soaring Club asked that the donation be sent to our recreation department in lieu of them receiving donation. Clean up day set for June 9th. Senior report by Mahler, she reports that a gold outing will be held as a fundraiser for the seniors. Written zoning update provided.

Correspondence: County Planning presented GIS addressing ordinance for review, we will need to adopt next month.

Another planning applicant ad to be placed in town crier under "help wanted".

New Business: Show cause for Coker began at 7:15 p.m., not present. Motion Peterson support Cowan to send to attorney for action. Carried. adjourned at 7:17 p.m.

Show cause for Carr began at 7:18 p.m. Ms. Carr present Motion Peterson support Krueger to set up meeting with zoning administrator and Supervisor on the property and explain all issues. Carried. adjourned at 7:22 p.m.

Mowing bids opened: Motion to approve bid from Property Maintenance Co. for $18.00 per mowing, providing they present insurance certificate, if they don't perform then to second high bid then third if can't present insurance or don't do work. Carried.

Zoning Amendment: Motion Topping support Peterson to approve zoning amendment to Article 13, Business District changes. Text changes to be published. Carried.

Final Call to public: None.

Motion Mahler support Peterson to adjourn at 7:30 p.m. Carried.
