Unadilla Township Special Work Meeting Minutes
Meeting called to order at 6:10 p.m. Present: Williams, Topping, Mahler, Krueger, Cowan. Absent: None. Agreed to ending time of 8:00 p.m. Discussed Zoning Enforcement Administrator. Mr. Enos would like to resign and will continue on to train replacement. Discussed potential ad to be put in paper. Agreed to place ad for enforcement officer only at this time with the condition that this person also train to take over zoning permit duties if Pat Davison ever leaves. Discussed Gregory School lease. Judy to contact Mr. Brown with a few questions before proceeding further. Discussed police department. Discussed making Cook permanent part time Chief until budget time and making full time decision at that time. Treasurer would like to have a drop box installed in the Township front door for receiving tax payments, etc. All agreed. Motion Topping support Mahler to correct Patterson Lake special assessment roll to remove 47-13-36-402-003 and add 47-13-36-402-002, and to transfer tax money received from 003 to 002. Roll: Ayes: Krueger, Williams, Mahler, Cowan, Topping. Opposed: None. Resolution approved. Worked on policy and procedure manual. Meeting adjourned at 8:02 p.m.
