Meeting called to order at 7: 31 p.m. Present: Topping, Krueger, Cowan. Absent: Williams, Mahler. Pledge to flag led by Krueger. Motion Cowan support Topping to approve consent agenda items as amended. Carried. Call to Public: None. Zoning report, Planning report, and road update discussed. Police Report by Chief Cook. All officers have completed CPR and AED training. John Waters offered to replace first aid kits in police cars. Benefit golf scramble at Willow Creek donations toward AED purchase will be this Saturday. Bottle drive received approx. $282.00 so far. Fire Report by Chief Schroeder. Problems with radio in tanker, sent out for repairs. Fire station needs new shingles discussed warranty. One firefighter resigning need time to devote to his new business. Senior Help Day to be Tuesday Oct. 14, 2003 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Flu/pneumonia shots available along with various other helpful information. Motion Cowan support Topping to pay Gregory Sewer bills totaling 17,200.00 to Lawrence & Clark. Carried. Motion Cowan support Topping to set trick or treat hours from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Halloween night. Carried. Motion Cowan support Topping to approve Unadilla Township tax levy of 3.8225 includes specials for police, fire, roads and operating. Carried. Motion Topping support Cowan to approve high speed internet for police and fire dept. cost 25.00 each dept. per month. Carried. Final call to public: None.
