Unadilla Township Special Meeting Minutes
Meeting called to order at 8:40 a.m. Present: Williams, Topping, Krueger, Cowan. Absent: Mahler. Agenda approved as amended. Public Comment: None. Motion Cowan support Krueger to enter into closed session to discuss a confidential written legal opinion that is subject to attorney client privilege. Roll vote: Krueger, Cowan, Williams, Topping ayes. Mahler absent: Motion approved. 8: 45 a.m. Returned from closed session at 8:58 a.m. Motion Krueger support Topping to approve consent judgment and authorize the township attorney to execute the consent judgment on behalf of the township and file with the court and county register of deeds. Roll vote: Ayes: Krueger, Williams, Topping. Nay: Cowan. Absent: Mahler. Resolution passed. Discussed sewer issue in Gregory. Motion Krueger support Cowan to adjourn at 9:06 a.m. Carried.
