Resident of Holmes Road didn’t show up. Enforcement officer to issue tickets. Show cause ended at 7:20 p.m. Second show cause began at 7:21 for Bullis road junk cars, and illegal business. After much discussion show cause adjourned to next month pending board state exactly what is violations and after some research. Show cause ended at 7:40 p.m. Multi-Lakes amendment to sewer use and regulations adjourned to next meeting pending some clarifications. Mr. Brown wants to amend utility costs by 2500.00. Much discussion on heating problems in building. Consensus is to wait until heat is fixed before paying additional because the heat is so hot we have to keep windows open all winter, which raises utility costs. Planning survey discussed, a survey will go out with the tax bills. Motion Peterson support Mahler to print out own tax bills. Carried.
